The Vietnamese are known for their perseverance, determination, conscientiousness, and friendliness. Their business acumen and constant motivation prove to be extremely positive.

Unlike Germany, Vietnam has a predominantly young population, with more than 36% of them being below 25 years of age. Germany, in comparison, is just below 24%. Since not all of them can find opportunities in the local job market in Vietnam, the German job market offers an excellent alternative. Numerous apprenticeships in Germany have remained unfilled for years. Young Vietnamese are highly motivated to start an apprenticeship and work in Germany in the future.

In Vietnam, education is considered extremely valuable, leading to continuous reforms in the education system.
The high literacy rate of over 95% highlights the strong interest of parents in their children’s education. They often invest significant portions of their available income into this.
School education in Vietnam lasts for 12 years. After five years of primary school, students attend secondary school for another four years. In the following two years, they obtain their high school diploma (Abitur).

Language Proficiency

Our Studends and Apprenticeship Applicants have at least a B1 level of proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). At this level, they possess basic language skills, ensuring they can participate successfully in daily life and at the workplace in Germany. Most applicants are already comfortable with the language after three months.
After arriving in Germany, our goal is for new employees from Vietnam to further enhance their language skills by completing B2.1 and B2.2 language courses. These courses ensure that participants reach a solid language level, enabling them to communicate effectively in both professional and everyday situations. We place great emphasis on promoting the language skills of our Applicants and providing them with the necessary tools for successful integration into the German worklife.
