Interviews
As part of our careful organization and support, we place great importance on creating a personal connection between applicants and employers. At the beginning, we present the different positions to our applicants. Afterwards, we organize video interviews, giving you, as the employer, the opportunity to personally assess the language skills and character suitability, as well as to gain a comprehensive impression of the applicants' abilities. Our approach is focused on ensuring the best possible match between future employees and employers.

Visa
The processing of the corresponding visa will be handled. This means you won't have to deal with bureaucratic procedures or unnecessary compilation of documents. This paves the way for both the companies and the skilled workers and trainees to transition smoothly into their new work and life phase.

Travel
After the successful completion of the visa processing, we will get in touch with you. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival, so that the new employees can start their professional journey fully prepared.
